Birthday Mystery Quilt - Block 4

Today is the fourth day of March and here is the fourth block of Edyta Sitar's Birthday Mystery Quilt-along.

I've thought to myself, "How intriguing would it be, to fussy-cut the fabrics, to make an exact replica of the block shown in the example?"  I'm a bit demented!
